Spring 5k and 10k Training Cost $100 for 20 weeks of training to improve strength and endurance for the 5k and 10k season.
This program is for all levels of fitness.
Walkers & Runners Beginners - we will start slow to increase your strength then add the miles Experienced- we will build on your base miles and increase your strength
