Walkers:
The walking program is designed for walkers of all abilities. Go Run has created a 28 week program that addresses the special challenges of walking a 1/2 marathon or full marathon. The program will slowly build mileage so participants will be able to reach the start line healthy. Our focus is building strength and endurance.

Runners:
All levels of runners are welcome. The beginner program focuses on increasing weekly mileage at a safe and healthy rate. Most beginner runners quit after a few weeks because they start out too fast. Our beginner program will keep you improving and motivated. We want beginners to feel welcome. For our more experienced runners the training schedule will include 2-3 long runs of 20-22 miles, threshold pace runs and interval training.
